Penrose Knives operates an online retail store specializing in fixed-blade knives and manual folding knives. No automatic, spring-assisted, tactical, or otherwise restricted categories of knives are sold.

Penrose Knives does not sell products to minors and does not take responsibility for fraudulent age misrepresentation.

No refunds are provided for packages seized, rejected, or delayed due to local knife laws or customs restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Secondary Jurisdiction (U.S. Customers Only)

For customers located in the United States, these Terms are additionally governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

18. Binding Arbitration (U.S. Customers Only)

By purchasing from Penrose Knives as a U.S. customer, you agree that:


  • All disputes arising from purchases or use of our products shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming.

  • You waive your right to a jury trial.

  • You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or other representative proceedings.

  • Claims must be brought individually.

Opt-Out Option (Required for Enforceability in the U.S.)
