• Defects & Damage: Warranty claims for manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be registered within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items subject to an approved warranty claim must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
• Third-Party Purchases: This warranty applies exclusively to knives purchased directly through penroseknives.com. Knives purchased from third-party dealers or secondary markets are not covered; claims must be directed to those respective sellers.

We reserve the sole right to determine what constitutes a manufacturing defect versus normal wear-and-tear or misuse.

• Jury Trial Waiver: You explicitly waive any right to a trial by jury or a traditional court trial.
